Québec, March 8th 2021 – – ‘The Foundation for the Defense of the Rights and Freedoms of the People’ (FDDLP) filed an application for judicial review on Friday, March 5, 2021, to challenge the continuity of the declaration of a state of emergency and the constitutionality of the various measures decreed by the Government of Quebec in connection with COVID-19.
